Talent & Development Executive

We are seeking a high-energy, process-oriented professional to join our People & Talent Operations team. This role is designed for an L&D specialist who is passionate about “Pure Talent Interventions” and eager to drive organizational growth through structured learning. You will be a key architect of the employee lifecycle, ensuring that from the first day of onboarding to the final performance review, our people have the systems, training, and cultural support they need to thrive in an agile environment.


The Role: Talent Operations & Systems Excellence

In this capacity, you will manage the intersection of human capital development and operational efficiency.

  • Onboarding & Employee Journeys: Support and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company culture and performance frameworks.

  • L&D Architecture: Take ownership of the Learning Management System (LMS) , maintaining accurate data, supporting regular updates, and ensuring all training records are audit-ready.

  • Performance Management (PMS): Support the execution of the Performance Management System, including probation reviews and continuous learning initiatives, to drive a high-performance culture.

  • Process Engineering: Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while proactively suggesting improvements to HR systems and cultural workflows.

  • Stakeholder Synergy: Act as a central coordinator between managers, trainers, and internal teams, communicating professionally to ensure talent initiatives are executed on time.

  • Data Integrity: Ensure 100% accuracy in HR and LMS data management, providing the foundation for data-driven people decisions.


Candidate Profile

We are looking for an agile HR professional who values ​​process excellence and has a deep interest in modern HR technologies.

  • Professional Focus: Proven experience and a genuine passion for Pure L&D and Talent Interventions .

  • Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience or a strong desire to master HRIS, PMS, and LMS platforms.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to “own” assigned HR tasks independently.

    • A continuous improvement mindset with an eye for process optimization.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an Agile HR environment that values ​​flexibility and rapid execution.
