Role Overview Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a patient-focused, full-time General Dentist to join our premier Dental team at the HealthHub Clinic in Al Karama, Dubai. This role is specifically designed for a clinician who excels in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment and values long-term patient relationships. As our patient community in Al Karama is diverse, Tagalog language proficiency is essential to ensure clear, compassionate communication and effective treatment planning. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence & Patient Care

Comprehensive Care: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based general dental care, including restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures.
Diagnostics: Conduct thorough dental examinations, prescribe and interpret radiographs, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs.
Patient Education: Act as an advocate for oral health, educating patients and families on hygiene practices and preventive strategies to ensure long-term wellness.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical records in full compliance with DHA regulations and HealthHub standards.

Operational Standards & Collaboration

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to infection control standards, DHA healthcare regulations, and ethical medical practices.
Multidisciplinary Synergy: Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, nurses, and the wider clinic team to provide seamless, coordinated patient journeys.
Quality Improvement: Actively participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities to maintain our high standards of care.

Work Pattern

Type: Full-time, clinic-based position.
Schedule: Aligned with HealthHub operating hours.
Balance: A 5-day work week designed to support a healthy work-life balance.

Who You Are

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent) from a recognized international institution.
Licensing: DHA General Dentist License or confirmed eligibility to be licensed in Dubai.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Tagalog; the ability to communicate technical dental concepts clearly in Tagalog is a mandatory requirement.
Experience: Proven experience as a General Dentist, ideally within a high-standard outpatient environment.
