Role Overview HealthHub by Al-Futtaim is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our Emirati Talent program. Based in Dubai Festival City, this role is essential to maintaining the seamless operation of our multi-specialty clinics. You will work under the guidance of the Procurement Specialist to ensure that our clinical and non-clinical teams have the right supplies at the right time. By balancing cost-efficiency with high-quality sourcing, you will directly contribute to the “Gold Seal” standards of care that define our healthcare network.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Transactional Excellence

• Operational Support: Execute day-to-day purchasing activities for HealthHub Clinics, ensuring all transactions are documented accurately within approved company policies.

• Requirements Identification: Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to identify essential procurement needs and translate them into actionable orders.

• Cost Efficiency: Complete procurement cycles in a timely manner, always seeking the most cost-effective solutions without compromising on medical or operational standards.

Inventory & Supplier Coordination

• Goods Management: Receive, document, and record incoming goods into the system, maintaining a meticulous track of stock levels across the network.

• Returns & Follow-ups: Manage item returns and lead follow-up communications with suppliers to resolve discrepancies or damaged shipments.

• Supplier Relations: Assist in managing third-party relationships to ensure reliable service delivery and adherence to procurement governance.

Compliance & Documentation

• Record Keeping: Maintain a robust and accurate archive of procurement records, contracts, and internal reports for audit readiness.

• Governance: Ensure all activities align with HealthHub’s procurement framework, strengthening the overall integrity of the supply chain.

• Stakeholder Support: Provide exceptional internal customer service, supporting employee engagement by being a responsive and reliable partner to clinic teams.

Work Pattern

• Type: Full-time position.

• Environment: Hybrid-aligned working hours between the clinic and head office.

• Balance: A 5-day work week designed to support a healthy work-life balance.

Who You Are

• Eligibility: Must be a UAE National.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.

• Experience: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a procurement role.

  • Proven experience in healthcare-specific procurement and supplier coordination is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing and procurement techniques.

  • Familiarity with ERP or third-party supplier management systems.

  • Advanced numerical ability and high attention to detail.
