Role Overview HealthHub by Al-Futtaim is seeking a dedicated Quality Officer to join our Emirati Talent program. Based in Dubai Festival City, this role is a cornerstone of our commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety. You will work across corporate and clinic-support functions to promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of international healthcare standards. As a guardian of our “Gold Seal” accreditation, you will translate complex data into actionable safety initiatives, directly supporting the UAE’s vision for world-class healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Governance & Patient Safety

• Safety Advocacy: Promote patient safety practices across the organization and mentor employees on quality improvement (QI) initiatives.

• Clinical Oversight: Conduct clinical case reviews to identify potential quality or safety concerns and support focused audits using recognized quality methodologies.

• Policy Management: Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical policies, procedures, and scopes of service, keeping policy registers and organizational charts current.

• Accreditation Readiness: Play a key role in preparation and coordination for accreditation surveys (e.g., Accreditation Canada), monitoring ongoing compliance to maintain our high standing.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Performance Tracking: Support the collection, validation, and analysis of quality and patient safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Visual Dashboards: Prepare accurate quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review to facilitate evidence-based decision-making.

• Database Maintenance: Manage quality databases and ensure the absolute confidentiality of all patient, staff, and organizational information.

Operational Support & Education

• Committee Coordination: Coordinate quality committees and meetings, ensuring accurate minutes and the rigorous follow-up of action points.

• Staff Education: Support quality awareness activities and staff education programs focused on performance improvement and modern healthcare governance.

• Project Implementation: Assist various departments in identifying and monitoring QI projects, utilizing tools like Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Work Pattern

• Type: Full-time position.

• Location: Corporate and clinic-support role based in Dubai Festival City.

• Balance: A 5-day work week designed to support a healthy work-life balance.

Who You Are

• Eligibility: Must be a UAE National.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Healthcare, Nursing, or Quality Management.

• Experience: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

  • Practical knowledge of healthcare governance, patient safety, and QI principles.

  • Proven experience supporting accreditation programs and surveys.

• Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with investigation tools such as Root Cause Analysis.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

  • High proficiency in English; Arabic is a distinct advantage.
