Role Overview Our client is seeking a dedicated and operationally-focused Center Manager to oversee the daily functions of their educational institution across two locations. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary bridge between academic excellence and administrative efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for both faculty and students. You will be responsible for maintaining a high-standard learning environment while coordinating diverse institutional activities to meet overarching educational objectives. This role is ideal for a seasoned educator or academic coordinator looking to transition into a leadership position that balances people management with operational rigor.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Management

  • Institutional Oversight: Direct the day-to-day operations of both centers, ensuring all facilities, resources, and administrative processes function smoothly.

  • Academic Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for teachers and students, managing scheduling, curriculum delivery, and classroom resource allocation.

  • Resource Optimization: Monitor the institutional environment to ensure it remains productive, safe, and conducive to high-level learning.

  • Staff Support: Provide operational guidance to teaching and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative culture focused on student success.

Administrative & Strategic Execution

  • Activity Planning: Manage the calendar of academic and extracurricular activities, ensuring alignment with the institution’s goals.

  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all center activities adhere to internal policies and educational standards.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, staff performance, and center metrics for management review.

  • Travel Coordination: Manage occasional travel requirements between centers or for external institutional representation as needed.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in teaching, education management, or academic coordination.

    • Prior experience managing the daily operations of a training institute or education center is a significant advantage.

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related academic field.

  • Background: A strong foundation in teaching or academic administration is preferred.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage complex schedules and multi-site operations.

    • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and faculty.

    • Leadership: A proactive approach to problem-solving and team motivation.
