Role Overview 

 Our client, a highly professional and ethically driven organization in the financial services sector, is seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals for the position of Executive / Senior Executive – Deposits Mobilization. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the organization’s liquidity and funding strategies by driving the growth of fixed deposit portfolios. This position is designed for individuals who excel at high-level relationship management and have a proven track record of meeting ambitious financial targets while upholding the highest service and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Growth & Market Expansion

• Deposit Mobilization: Proactively drive initiatives and promotional activities to achieve and exceed assigned growth objectives for fixed deposits.

• Portfolio Management: Develop and manage a robust portfolio of fixed deposits, ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader funding goals.

• Product Support: Monitor shifting market trends and competitor offerings to support the internal development of innovative and competitive deposit products.

Relationship Management & Client Advisory

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture long-term, high-value relationships with both individual and corporate clients.

• Client Portfolio Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing their investment portfolios effectively and identifying opportunities for further mobilization.

• Synergistic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align deposit growth with the organization’s overall business and funding strategies.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Service Excellence: Maintain exceptionally high service standards to ensure client retention and brand loyalty.

• Regulatory Rigor: Ensure all deposit mobilization activities strictly comply with internal policies, industry best practices, and national regulatory requirements.

• Documentation: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of all client documentation and transaction records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Professional qualification or part-qualification in Marketing, Banking, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: * Proven professional experience in deposit mobilization specifically within the banking or non-banking financial services (NBFI) sector.

  • A track record of consistently achieving or surpassing mobilization targets.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, and the prevailing interest rate environment.

  • Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements and compliance standards is highly advantageous.

• Core Competencies:

  • Negotiation: Exceptional skills in high-stakes financial negotiations and client persuasion.

  • Communication: Sophisticated interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with corporate leadership.

  • Target-Driven: A proactive, “go-getter” mindset with the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio independently.
