The Opportunity
Based in Hilton’s MEA Area Office in Dubai Internet City, you will join the team responsible for evaluating the commercial viability of new hotel developments. This is a high-visibility role where your research and financial projections will directly influence decisions made by Development, Finance, and Executive Management. You will transition from academic theory to the practical application of hotel valuations and investment analysis in one of the world’s most active tourism markets.
Key Responsibilities

Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of geographic hotel markets across the Middle East and Africa to support project evaluations.

Valuation Support: Assist in determining the value of proposed and existing hotel assets using industry-standard methodologies.
-
Performance Analysis: Analyze the historical performance of existing hotels to identify trends and benchmark against competitors.
-
Executive Presentations: Synthesize data into compelling internal and external presentations for senior leadership and potential owners.

Strategic Tips for Your Application
-
Master the “Hotel Metrics”: In your interview or CV, show you understand terms like RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room), ADR (Average Daily Rate), and Occupancy Rate. These are the building blocks of feasibility.
-
The “No Sponsorship” Rule: As with the Engineering role, this is non-negotiable. Clearly state “UAE Resident / On Family Sponsorship” (if applicable) at the top of your CV to ensure you pass the initial screening.
-
Highlight Excel Projects: If you have built a financial model for a university project, or even a personal budget tracker, describe the functions you used (e.g., NPV, IRR, VLOOKUPs).
-
Global Perspective: Since this role covers the MEA region, mention any interest or knowledge you have in emerging markets like Saudi Arabia (KSA) or Egypt, which are currently major growth areas for Hilton.
Applications close Sunday, 12th April 2026.
This is a rare chance to see how billion-dollar investment decisions are made. Since the process includes a one-way video interview, be prepared to talk about a specific hotel market trend that interests you!
