Key Responsibilities
Technical Learning & Support

Practical Training: Assist Line/Base Maintenance and Workshop engineers in executing daily tasks, gaining exposure to both routine and non-routine maintenance on our modern fleet.

Skill Acquisition: Follow a structured training program developed in coordination with the Training and Maintenance departments to build competency in large commercial aircraft systems.

Component Management: Learn to professionally process the replacement of parts, conducting physical inspections and ensuring full adherence to technical manuals.
Operational Excellence & Safety

Regulatory Compliance: Perform all assigned duties in accordance with Air Arabia’s internal policies and the strict requirements of regulatory authorities.

Safety Rigor: Adhere strictly to all manufacturer-published safety precautions and ensure a clean, organized workstation before and after every task.

Communication: Advise Certifying Engineers and Shift Managers regarding any technical concerns or potential service disruptions encountered during maintenance.

Quality Assurance: Master the essential habits of aircraft care, including the proper labeling and blanking of ports to protect exposed components.

Career Growth: Engage in ongoing personal development and training as identified by Maintenance Managers to stay at the forefront of aviation technology.

Cross-Functional Exposure: Carry out training in various engineering and maintenance environments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the airline’s operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Nationality: This position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals.

Education: A Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred.

Age: Between 23 – 30 years.

Technical Skills:
-
Ability to read, write, and speak English at a professional level for technical communication.

Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office.

A basic understanding of Airframe and Engine maintenance theory.

Core Competencies:

Resilience: Physically fit and capable of working in harsh conditions and long hours within a shift-based pattern (24/7).

Agility: Ability to travel at short notice and a willingness to obtain a driver’s license for the assigned location.

Discipline: A strong commitment to following logical orders and safety protocols.

Experience Requirements

Prior Experience: No previous experience is required for this trainee role; we are looking for high-potential individuals ready to learn.

Training Potential: Must demonstrate the aptitude to train in high-pressure environments, including Line and Base Maintenance workshops.
