Senior Clinical Sales Specialist – Cardiovascular | Johnson & Johnson | Dubai, UAE

Role Overview 

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a high-energy Senior Clinical Sales Specialist to join our Cardiovascular team in Dubai. This role is at the cutting edge of healthcare, where biology meets technology. You will provide expert clinical and technical guidance to physicians and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab staff, specifically supporting the CARTO® System and advanced catheter equipment during high-stakes procedures. This is a consultative, field-based role that requires a blend of technical mastery, educator mindset, and sales acumen to elevate the standard of care for patients with AFib, heart failure, and stroke.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Expertise & Case Support

• Technical Assistance: Provide on-site expert clinical support to surgeons and EP Lab staff on the effective use of 3D mapping systems, software modules, and RF generators during live cases.

• Customer Education: Deliver in-service training and technical information to optimize product usage and ensure physicians are fluent in company products and instructions for use (IFU).

• Problem Solving: Maintain a sharp focus on troubleshooting and diagnostic dialogue in high-stress, live-patient environments to ensure seamless procedural outcomes.

Sales & Business Enablement

• Consultative Selling: Identify potential sales opportunities within accounts and facilitate connections between key decision-makers and Sales Managers to drive incremental business.

• Relationship Building: Develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital administrators both inside and outside the EP lab.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the local “Pod” (Territory Managers, Field Service Engineers) to align on account strategies and share best practices across the UAE field team.

Operational Excellence

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentoring for new commercial team members to foster a high-performance culture.

• Administrative Integrity: Manage account documentation, compliance training, and expense reporting with precision.

• Health & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to Federal, local, and Company regulations, including Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: University/Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related Technical field.

• Experience: * 4–6 years of experience in Electrophysiology (3D Mapping / CRM).

  • Proven track record in the Cardiovascular field, specifically within the EP section or CRM.

  • Hands-on experience in direct patient support within a Cath Lab environment.

• Languages: Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.

• Mobility & Readiness:

  • Ability to travel 80%+ within the region.

  • Availability for emergent patient care (on-call support) is essential.

  • Ability to “roll up the sleeves” and support physicians and patients at any time.
