  • Resuscitation Standards: Contribute to the development and standardization of the organization’s resuscitation policies, documentation protocols, and auditing processes.

3. Operational Management & Reporting

  • Strategic Planning: Prepare operational plans and comprehensive reports, including annual cardiac arrest statistics and validation of arrest calls.

  • Administrative Oversight: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date training records for all employees and support the Life Support Training Manager in compiling annual center reports.

  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to innovate training methodologies and elevate resuscitation standards.

4. Leadership & Professional Development

  • Foster Collaboration: Build strong working relationships to promote a culture of teamwork, motivation, and high-standard clinical practice.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of evolving resuscitation science and educational technology to ensure the training program remains world-class.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for conveying complex clinical information and providing constructive feedback to learners.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to engage with both specialized medical teams and members of the community to build rapport and trust.

  • Organization: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and administrative records simultaneously.

  • Adaptability: A proactive team player who can work independently and is flexible enough to work evenings or weekends as training needs dictate.
