Requirements:

• Proven expertise in change management frameworks like PROSCI, ADKAR, or Kotter’s 8-Step.

• Exceptional track record in delivering complex IT, operational, or cultural transformation projects.

• Mastery of stakeholder mapping and multi-channel internal communication strategies.
