Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

We are seeking a high-energy, data-driven Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to accelerate our online growth and brand performance. In this role, you will be the tactical architect of our digital ecosystem, responsible for converting strategic business goals into high-converting omnichannel campaigns. From mastering the nuances of search algorithms to scaling sophisticated marketing automation, you will lead the charge in optimizing our digital footprint, ensuring maximum ROI and a seamless customer journey across every touchpoint.


The Role: Digital Growth & Performance Orchestration

As the Assistant Manager, you will manage the intersection of performance media, organic content, and marketing technology.

  • Strategy Execution: Develop and deploy comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and message resonance.

  • Paid Media Optimization: Manage and optimize high-stakes advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn , with a relentless focus on reducing CPA and increasing ROAS.

  • Search Authority (SEO/SEM): Oversee the end-to-end SEO and SEM strategy, conducting keyword research and technical audits to ensure dominant search engine rankings.

  • Content & Lifecycle Marketing: Drive the multi-channel content engine, encompassing technical blog posts, high-conversion email newsletters, video assets, and social media engagement.

  • Marketing Automation & CRM: Lead automation initiatives and manage CRM tools (HubSpot) to streamline lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle engagement.

  • Performance Analytics: Utilize a sophisticated tech stack ( Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush ) to analyze web traffic, user behavior, and campaign attribution.

  • Fiscal Governance: Manage the digital marketing budget with precision, providing detailed reporting on the ROI of all digital spend.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Design, Product, and Sales teams to ensure marketing campaigns are technically accurate and commercially aligned.


Candidate Profile

We are looking for a “T-shaped” marketer—someone with broad digital knowledge and deep technical expertise in performance and analytics.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar performance-focused role.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Platforms: Hands-on expertise in Meta Business Suite , Google Ads , and LinkedIn Campaign Manager .

    • Tools: Mastery of HubSpot , Mailchimp , and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics , Hotjar , and SEMrush .

  • Analytical Depth: Strong data-driven thinking with the ability to translate complex metrics into actionable growth tactics.

  • Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal stakeholder reporting and external customer messaging.

  • Operational Agility: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
