Business Development Executive (Aesthetic & Wellness)

Role Overview 

As a Business Development Executive, you are the bridge between our clinical expertise and the patients seeking to enhance their well-being. Operating within the hospital’s Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) departments, you will identify opportunities to educate patients on our premium aesthetic, cosmetic, and preventive services. This role requires a sophisticated blend of sales acumen and emotional intelligence, ensuring that patient outreach is conducted with the utmost respect, clinical sensitivity, and professional ethics.


Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Engagement & Education

  • Consultative Outreach: Proactively interact with patients in designated clinical areas to introduce hospital-approved aesthetic and wellness enhancements.

  • Service Advocacy: Clearly explain treatment pathways, expected outcomes, and the benefits of our specialized packages (Dermatology, Gynecology, etc.).

  • Clinical Liaison: Initiate respectful, non-intrusive conversations and facilitate seamless referrals to consultants for formal clinical evaluations.

2. Sales Performance & Conversion

  • Growth Strategy: Promote enhancement programs and preventive care services to achieve assigned monthly revenue and conversion targets.

  • Lead Management: Diligently follow up with interested patients, converting inquiries into booked consultations and procedures while maintaining accurate records of every interaction.

  • Market Insights: Share patient feedback and local market trends with leadership to support the continuous evolution of our service offerings.

3. Coordination & Service Excellence

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with the Dermatology and Gynecology departments to maintain deep knowledge of our specialized service offerings.

  • Patient Journey Mapping: Coordinate appointments and liaise with billing, insurance, and patient relations teams to ensure a frictionless experience from initial inquiry to final procedure.

4. Compliance & Ethical Standards

  • Boundary Management: Ensure all patient interactions are purely informative; strictly avoid providing medical advice, ensuring all clinical decisions remain in the hands of the consultants.

  • Professional Ethics: Maintain 100% compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards for medical marketing, ensuring interactions are never coercive.

  • Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of patient privacy and data protection at all times.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in healthcare sales, aesthetic clinic business development, or wellness programs.

  • Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in Dermatology, Cosmetic surgery, or Women’s Wellness services is highly advantageous.

  • Environment: Comfortable working in a hospital-based setting with flexible hours to align with patient flow.
