The Opportunity

Located in Dubai Internet City, you will be fully integrated into the team that steers the commercial strategy for the MEA region. This isn’t a “behind-the-scenes” role; you will attend regional meetings, visit hotels to drive projects, and identify the emerging trends that dictate how Hilton stays ahead of the competition. With a dedicated mentor and ownership of your own project-based initiatives, you will bridge the gap between data analysis and executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Participation: Join Regional Commercial meetings and participate in on-site hotel visits to help implement regional strategies.

• Trend Identification: Research and analyze emerging global and regional trends that impact the hospitality commercial outlook.

• Data Analytics: Use online tools to extract data from multiple sources and perform deep-dive analysis to assess quality and meaning.

• Risk & Opportunity Filtering: Review performance indicators and reports to identify potential business risks and growth opportunities.

• Executive Communication: Create persuasive presentations and reports for regional stakeholders, highlighting patterns and predictions derived from your data analysis.

• Project Ownership: Take the lead on specific initiatives that contribute to the Commercial team’s regional success.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduated (or graduating) between February 2025 and August 2026.

• Disciplines: While Hospitality degrees are preferred, graduates from Business, Marketing, or similar fields are encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate a passion for the industry.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is essential for data handling and reporting.

• Eligibility: Must be a UAE resident eligible to work full-time without company sponsorship (e.g., family or independent residency).

• Soft Skills: Advanced people skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent presentation skills for delivering oral and written reports.

  • Base Salary: 60,000 AED PA
