Key Responsibilities

1. Data Framework & Systems Management

System Design: Develop and maintain robust data frameworks, tools, and dashboards specifically tailored for research initiatives and pilot projects.
Ethical Data Oversight: Ensure the accurate, timely, and ethical collection of both quantitative and qualitative data, adhering to the highest safeguarding practices.
Integrity & Management: Manage internal data systems to ensure a “single source of truth” for researchers and strategic decision-makers.

2. Advanced Analytics & Insights

Statistical Analysis: Conduct rigorous statistical analysis to identify patterns in learner behavior, educational outcomes, and system-wide impacts.
Actionable Translation: Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights that inform the iteration of educational prototypes.
Impact Assessment: Support the evaluation of pilot projects by establishing baseline measures and conducting comprehensive impact assessments.

3. Visualization & Collaboration

Data Storytelling: Prepare high-quality visualizations and evidence-based reports for leadership and external stakeholders, making complex data accessible to non-technical audiences.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with educators, researchers, and innovation partners to integrate data-driven insights directly into the creative design process.
Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of best practices in educational data analytics and the learning sciences to continuously improve research methodologies.

About You: Skills & Competencies

Analytical & Creative Thinker: You possess strong critical reasoning skills and the ability to look beyond the numbers to find the “why” behind the data.
Communication Expert: Exceptional ability to communicate technical findings to diverse groups, from teachers to executive leadership.
Adaptable & Iterative: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where research questions evolve and projects require constant iteration.
Ethical Compass: A fundamental commitment to integrity and ethical data practices, particularly within an educational context.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Education, Psychology, or a related quantitative field.
Professional Experience: 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the education, social sciences, or innovation sectors.
Technical Toolkit: * Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, R, Python, or SPSS.
- Hands-on experience with visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of ethical data collection, privacy standards, and safeguarding practices.
