Strategic Tips for Your Application
-
The “Local Graduate” Focus: This role is specifically for graduates already in the UAE (due to the “no sponsorship” rule). Highlight your residency status clearly at the top of your CV to avoid being filtered out.
-
Power BI is Key: Engineering Operations at this level is all about Data Visualization. If you have used Power BI or advanced Excel for university projects, move those to the “Projects” section of your CV.
-
Sustainability Mindset: Hospitality engineering in 2026 is heavily focused on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals. Mention any interest or coursework in renewable energy or energy-efficient systems.
-
The Video Interview: Since the selection process includes a “one-way digital video interview,” practice speaking clearly about why you want to apply your engineering degree to the hospitality sector specifically.
Applications close Sunday, 12th April 2026.
Would you like me to help you draft a cover letter or a “Professional Summary” for your CV that highlights your engineering background and your eligibility to work in the UAE?
