Role Overview Al Marwan Group, a diversified regional leader since 1978, is seeking a highly skilled Interior Detail Specialist & Site Coordinator to join our design and execution team. This role is a critical bridge between conceptual design and physical reality, requiring a professional who excels in technical detailing, joinery development, and on-site coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring that design intent is translated into precise construction packages, managing project documentation, and overseeing the high-quality execution of interior works across our residential and commercial portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Design & Detailing

• Construction Documentation: Prepare comprehensive Interior Technical Drawings and full construction packages to guide on-site execution.

• Specialized Joinery: Develop detailed shop drawings for high-end joinery, millwork, and custom furniture, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic alignment.

• Review & Verification: Rigorously review and verify all ID deliverables and submissions before issuance to ensure they meet the Group’s quality standards.

Commercial & Site Coordination

• BOQ Preparation: Prepare and review detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior works, ensuring accurate cost-related deliverables.

• On-Site Oversight: Conduct regular site visits and progress inspections to monitor implementation and resolve technical issues in real-time.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate closely with site teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.

Project Lifecycle Management

• Submissions & Approvals: Manage project packages, technical submissions, and approvals through all project stages.

• Handover Documentation: Prepare accurate as-built drawings and comprehensive handover documentation upon project completion.

• Standards Compliance: Ensure all works adhere to project timelines, quality benchmarks, and local construction standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• Experience: 4–10 years of relevant experience in interior detailing and site coordination.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Expert-level skills in technical detailing, joinery, and millwork.

  • Proven proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

  • Deep understanding of modern construction methods and site practices.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong ability to prepare and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

  • Highly methodical approach to quality control and technical problem-solving.
