Junior Materials Manager – UAE National (Emirati)

Hilti is looking for the next generation of supply chain leaders to join our Middle East and Africa (MEA) Regional Office. As a Junior Materials Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that Hilti’s innovative products reach our stores and vans across the region at exactly the right time.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support the end-to-end flow of materials, directly contributing to the regional supply chain’s agility and performance.
Operational Support & Stock Management

Inventory Control: Support the Materials Manager in overseeing stock levels across all Hilti Stores and Vans to ensure optimal availability.

Order Execution: Monitor sales order workflows to ensure we consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.

Performance Tracking: Analyze and track key supply chain metrics, including Days on Hand (DoH), obsolescence, and service levels.
Collaboration & Project Impact

Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure logistics activities remain synchronized with broader company objectives.

Process Improvement: Support strategic logistics projects and continuous improvement initiatives to lean out our operations.

Cross-Functional Growth: Take on diverse assignments to gain broad exposure across various supply chain and material management functions.
What You’ll Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.

Analytical Mindset: Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.

Organizational Skills: A proven ability to multitask, maintain high attention to detail, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Eligibility: Must be a UAE National with a UAE Family Book.

Location: Based in Dubai or willing to commute/relocate within the UAE.
