Role Overview Al Marwan Group, a diversified regional leader since 1978, is seeking a high-performing Leasing Manager with a specialized focus on the UAE real estate market. This role is central to our real estate division, requiring a strategic professional capable of managing leasing operations across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate is a bilingual negotiator who can drive occupancy rates, maximize rental revenue, and maintain the Group’s reputation for excellence in the Sharjah and wider UAE property sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing Operations & Strategy

• Portfolio Management: Lead and oversee all leasing activities for the Group’s diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

• Occupancy Growth: Develop and execute targeted leasing strategies to meet and exceed occupancy targets and revenue goals.

• Contract Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end negotiation of lease terms, renewals, and legal contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization.

Relationship & Market Management

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain robust professional relationships with real estate brokers, corporate clients, and individual tenants.

• Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor UAE rental trends, competitor activity, and shifting market rates to ensure our portfolio remains competitively positioned.

• Network Expansion: Actively seek out new corporate partnerships and brokerage alignments to expand the tenant base.

Compliance & Reporting

• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all leasing activities and tenancy contracts strictly comply with UAE property laws, Sharjah Municipality regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Performance Analytics: Prepare detailed leasing reports, revenue forecasts, and occupancy metrics for presentation to senior management.

• Documentation: Oversee the integrity of all lease-related documentation, from initial inquiry to final handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or a relevant professional qualification in Business or Real Estate.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement for this role.

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of direct, specific leasing experience within the UAE real estate market.

• Market Knowledge: A proven track record of achieving leasing targets, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with the Sharjah real estate landscape.

• Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.

  • Deep understanding of UAE tenancy laws and property management practices.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries and contracts simultaneously.

• Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
