NOC Analyst
Role Overview We are seeking a vigilant and technically proficient NOC Analyst to join our infrastructure team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the 24/7 monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our enterprise-level IT infrastructure. You will act as the first line of defense against system outages and network degradation, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in high-stakes environments and possesses a holistic understanding of modern, heterogeneous technology stacks.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Monitoring & Troubleshooting

Real-time Surveillance: Monitor all corporate networks and systems for faults, performing deep-dive analysis of alerts and events using industry-standard monitoring tools.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex network, system, and application issues, ensuring all solutions are documented for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Technical Escalation: Provide high-tier support to end-users and the helpdesk team, escalating critical incidents to senior analysts and specialized engineering teams when necessary.
System Maintenance & Administration

Hardware & Software Lifecycle: Install, configure, and maintain essential network hardware and software, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.

Network Optimization: Support the configuration, maintenance, and routine upgrading of global corporate infrastructures to meet evolving business needs.

Resilience & Backups: Execute regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data integrity and ensure continuous business operations.
Security & Collaboration

Threat Mitigation: Actively identify potential security breaches or vulnerabilities and take immediate corrective actions to prevent infrastructure compromise.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with diverse IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues and ensure a seamless, high-performance technology environment.

Shift Operations: Participate in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including weekends and holidays, to maintain constant infrastructure oversight.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

Certifications: * Mandatory: ITIL Certified.

Highly Preferred: CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, RHEL, or Cloud Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Work Experience:
-
1–3 years of experience within a Network Operations Center (NOC) or an enterprise-level, 24×7 critical IT environment.

Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining virtualized environments.

Technical Proficiency:
-
Systems: Holistic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
-
Protocols: Strong grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, and HTTP.

Infrastructure: Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

Tooling: Experience with monitoring concepts such as SNMP, Syslog, and NetFlow.
