Role Overview

As a Plastic Surgeon, you are a specialist dedicated to the intersection of medical necessity and aesthetic refinement. Your primary responsibility is to evaluate, diagnose, and execute both surgical and non-surgical interventions that restore function or enhance physical appearance. Whether performing life-altering reconstructive work or elective cosmetic enhancements, you will maintain the highest standards of clinical precision, patient safety, and ethical practice to ensure superior patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Surgical Excellence & Clinical Assessment

Customized Care Plans: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment strategies for a wide spectrum of reconstructive and cosmetic needs.
Operative Performance: Lead and perform intricate surgical procedures, including micro-reconstruction, corrective surgeries, and aesthetic enhancements (e.g., rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, or body contouring).
Non-Surgical Interventions: Administer advanced non-invasive treatments, including injectables (fillers/neuromodulators) and specialized laser procedures, to achieve desired clinical results.

2. Perioperative Management & Safety

Patient Education: Ensure robust informed consent by clearly articulating the risks, benefits, and expected outcomes of procedures to patients and their families.
Post-Operative Recovery: Meticulously monitor patient progress, managing wound care and any potential post-operative complications to ensure a smooth recovery.
Quality Protocols: Adhere strictly to hospital-wide infection control, patient safety standards, and quality assurance protocols to maintain an elite surgical environment.

3. Collaboration & Administration

Multidisciplinary Synergy: Partner with anesthetists, specialized nurses, and allied health professionals to provide holistic patient management.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain precise, up-to-date medical records in accordance with hospital standards and UAE regulatory requirements.
Ethical Practice: Uphold the highest levels of professional integrity and patient confidentiality in every interaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Medical Degree with a recognized specialization in Plastic Surgery.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
Licensure: A valid license to practice issued by UAE regulatory authorities (DHA, MOH, or DOH).
Certification: Board certification (or equivalent international qualification) is highly preferred.
