Relationship Manager (Saudi National)
Role Overview
Charterhouse is partnering with a globally recognized investment management firm with a prestigious footprint across Europe, Asia, and the US. As part of their strategic expansion into the Middle East, our client is establishing a dedicated presence in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a number of Relationship Managers (Saudi National) to act as the face of the business in the region. This is a pure business development role designed for high-energy sales professionals who thrive on building trust with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and driving the growth of a world-class private wealth offering.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Development

Client Acquisition: Focus exclusively on the “front-end” of the sales cycle—identifying, contacting, and onboarding new high-net-worth clients into the firm’s private wealth ecosystem.

Lead Conversion: Utilize high-quality leads provided by the firm to conduct warm initial outreach and schedule in-depth consultations.

Financial Discovery: Lead detailed meetings to analyze the financial situations of prospective clients, articulating the firm’s value proposition and investment philosophy.
2. Relationship Orchestration

Consultative Selling: Build immediate rapport and establish long-term credibility with sophisticated investors throughout the Kingdom.

Seamless Onboarding: Secure initial investments and manage the transition of the client to the specialized Investment Management and Client Service teams.

High-Volume Management: Balance a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent activity and high conversion rates.
About You: Skills & Competencies

Sales Driven: A natural closer who is motivated by targets and the fast-paced nature of private wealth business development.

HNI Engagement: Proven ability to navigate the nuances of the Saudi Arabian HNI market, demonstrating the cultural and financial literacy required to advise sophisticated clients.

Operational Agility: Comfortable handling a high volume of interactions while maintaining the bespoke quality expected of a premium investment firm.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts for prospective clients.
Qualifications & Requirements

Nationality: This is a Saudization role; candidates must be Saudi Nationals.

Experience: A proven track record in high-acuity sales, specifically within Private Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Luxury Investment services.

Certification: Must be CME certified (Capital Market Examination).

Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets within the Saudi Arabian financial landscape.
