Role Overview We are seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our premier fashion retail team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales Generation

• The First Impression: Greet every customer immediately upon entry with a sincere, energetic attitude, ensuring our brand’s dress code and standards are perfectly represented.

• Product Expertise: Provide customers with accurate, relevant information regarding our latest collections, trends, and product features to guide their purchasing decisions.

• Personalized Styling: Deliver premium service in the fitting rooms, following up with customers in a timely manner to suggest alternatives or “add-on” items to complete their look.

• Retention & Loyalty: Efficiently manage the cash wrap process, promoting gift cards and capturing customer information for our database to drive repeat business.

Store Operations & Standards

• Visual Excellence: Maintain impeccable store standards and organization, ensuring the floor is always guest-ready and visually appealing.

• Cash Wrap Management: Keep the point-of-sale area clean, organized, and stocked, providing a seamless checkout experience.

• Efficiency: Execute operational duties as directed by store management to ensure maximum store productivity and safety.

• The Lasting Impression: Sincerely thank every customer as they exit, inviting them back to foster a sense of community and brand affinity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or equivalent.

• Experience: 1–2 years of successful retail sales experience, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform heavy lifting and remain standing for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
