Sales Associate – UAE National
Role Overview We are seeking a high-caliber UAE National Sales Associate to spearhead the growth and management of our key sales channels, including direct, online, and retail streams. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing channel strategies that align with our broader business objectives. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with a sophisticated understanding of relationship management, contract negotiation, and market intelligence, capable of acting as a subject matter expert to ensure our products and services dominate the regional market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Channel Management

Channel Leadership: Manage and optimize sales channels (Direct, Online, or Retail), setting clear targets and monitoring performance metrics to ensure goals are consistently exceeded.

Relationship Management: Develop bespoke relationship plans for complex customer accounts, building strong ties with key decision-makers and influencers to facilitate a seamless flow of information.

Business Development: Identify new commercial opportunities and cultivate a robust professional network within the industry to enhance the organization’s reputation and market visibility.
Solution Design & Negotiation

Complex Solutions: Configure integrated product-and-service solutions tailored to meet mid-to-long-term customer needs, collaborating with internal specialists to finalize contractual terms.

Agreement Negotiation: Lead negotiations for high-value agreements and service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring outcomes fall within predefined commercial parameters.

Pricing Strategy: Manage and deliver pricing projects, negotiating strategic terms with external partners to maintain a competitive market edge.
Operational Excellence & Compliance

CRM Oversight: Supervise the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system within your remit, identifying opportunities for digital enhancements to improve the customer journey.

Performance Monitoring: Control specific segments of the organization’s business metrics, ensuring strict alignment with financial goals and strategic objectives.

Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a technical and policy expert for the team, staying ahead of emerging industry regulations and best practices through continuous professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Eligibility: Must be a UAE National (in alignment with Emiratisation objectives).

Education: Master’s Degree or equivalent higher education level.

Experience: * Extensive professional experience that allows the holder to navigate complex situations and provide expert advice to others.

Proven track record in general supervision and mentoring of junior colleagues.
