Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – Kalutara Branch

Toyota Lanka (Private) Limited , the sole authorized distributor for Toyota and HINO in Sri Lanka and a proud member of the global Toyota Group Japan , is seeking high-performing Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives to join our Kalutara team. As a representative of Sri Lanka’s “Most Loved Automobile Brand, ” you will drive the growth of our vehicle portfolio, building high-value relationships and delivering the “Total Quality Experience” that Toyota customers expect. This role is designed for target-driven professionals who excel in consultative selling and are eager to dominate the regional automotive market.


The Role: Market Growth & Relationship Management

As a Sales professional at our Kalutara branch, you will manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to vehicle commissioning.

  • Revenue Generation: Drive vehicle sales and business development activities to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.

  • Consultative Selling: Analyze customer needs and provide expert recommendations on the Toyota and HINO product range, highlighting features, financing options, and after-sales benefits.

  • Corporate & Retail Outreach: Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients and individual buyers within the Kalutara territory.

  • Market Penetration: Lead and participate in field sales, outdoor promotions, and roadshows to increase brand visibility and capture new leads.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain a robust pipeline and ensure world-class post-sale follow-ups to drive customer loyalty and referrals.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Utilize internal systems to maintain accurate sales records, track inventory, and provide regular market feedback to branch management.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and workshop teams to ensure a seamless vehicle delivery process.


Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive, organized professional with the commercial acumen to navigate a fast-paced automotive environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in vehicle sales, corporate sales, or business development.

    • Note:Prior experience in theautomotive industryis a strong advantage.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Exceptional negotiationand interpersonal skills.

    • A proactive,Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen.

    • Proficiency inMS Officeand comfort working with CRM systems and sales reports.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

    • Willingness to engage in activefieldwork and outdoor promotional activities.

    • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
