Role Overview HealthHub by Al-Futtaim is seeking a high-caliber Specialist Aesthetic Dermatologist to join our premier community clinic in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. This role is designed for a clinician who blends medical expertise with a sophisticated aesthetic eye, providing evidence-based cosmetic and dermatological treatments in a high-volume outpatient setting. As part of a Gold Seal-accredited network by Accreditation Canada, you will be responsible for delivering safe, ethical, and patient-centered care, ranging from advanced injectables to energy-based skin rejuvenation. Key Responsibilities

Aesthetic & Clinical Excellence

Consultative Care: Conduct comprehensive cosmetic consultations, developing individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals and the highest safety standards.
Advanced Procedures: Independently perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including Botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and non-invasive skin rejuvenation.
Clinical Oversight: Assess complex skin conditions and advise on appropriate medical and cosmetic interventions, performing outpatient dermatological procedures where applicable.
Patient Journey: Manage the full patient lifecycle, from initial counseling on outcomes and risks to long-term follow-up and maintenance planning.

Operational & Quality Leadership

Medical Governance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records in accordance with DHA standards and Al-Futtaim Health bylaws.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to maintain our “Gold Seal” standard of care.
Professional Development: Engage in ongoing medical education to remain at the forefront of global advances in aesthetic dermatology and procedural techniques.
Team Collaboration: Work synergistically with the multidisciplinary clinic team to ensure an unparalleled patient experience.

Candidate Profile

Licensing: DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Specialist Dermatologist.
Experience: * Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience at the specialist level.
- Proven track record in a high-volume outpatient (OPD) aesthetic environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with a demonstrated ability to build and retain a loyal cosmetic patient base.
Technical Skills: * Expert-level proficiency in advanced injectables and energy-based devices.
- Valid BLS and ALS certifications.
Communication: Exceptional consultation skills with fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered a significant advantage.

Qualifications

MBBS / MBChB or equivalent from an accredited international institution.
Completion of a recognized specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH (UAE).
Advanced certifications in Aesthetic Medicine or specialized injectables training are highly desirable.
