Store Keeper – Construction | Al Marwan Machinery (PMD Division)
Role Overview Al Marwan Machinery is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Store Keeper to join the Main Store department within our Plant Management Division (PMD). This role is critical to the operational success of our projects, requiring a professional who can manage the full lifecycle of construction materials and spare parts. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless supply chain, maintaining high-precision inventory records, and supporting project management teams through efficient material flow and ERP-driven data management.
Key Responsibilities
Material & Supply Chain Management

End-to-End Oversight: Manage the complete material management process, from initial requisition and ordering to final issuance.

Logistics Coordination: Efficiently handle the receiving, offloading, and systematic tracking of all incoming construction materials and heavy machinery components.

Inventory Control: Ensure all items are stored according to safety and category standards, maintaining optimal stock levels to prevent project delays.

Supply Continuity: Support project management by ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted supply chain and material flow to various active sites.
Data Integrity & Documentation

ERP Proficiency: Utilize professional ERP systems to record all transactions, track stock movements, and manage inventory data with high accuracy.

Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all material receipts, gate passes, and issuance vouchers.

Audit Readiness: Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations to ensure the digital inventory aligns perfectly with physical warehouse holdings.
Team Collaboration

Cross-Functional Support: Act as the primary point of contact for project teams regarding material availability and delivery timelines.

Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to verify deliveries against purchase orders and report any discrepancies immediately.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Graduate degree (BA or BS) in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct experience specifically within a construction store environment or heavy machinery parts store.

Technical Skills:

Proven proficiency in using ERP software for inventory and data management.

Strong understanding of construction material categories and storage requirements.
