Talent Acquisition Specialist (White & Blue Collar) | Al Marwan Group

Role Overview Al Marwan Group, a diversified regional leader since 1978, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This is a high-impact role requiring a versatile recruiter capable of navigating the unique demands of both white-collar (C-level, professional, administrative) and blue-collar (technical, site-based, operator) hiring. You will be a strategic partner to our business units, ensuring we attract top-tier talent to support our expansive operations in construction, heavy machinery, and real estate across the GCC.


Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management

  • End-to-End Execution: Lead the complete recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, from specialized site technicians and heavy equipment operators to senior executive leadership.

  • Manpower Planning: Partner closely with hiring managers across different subsidiaries to define precise manpower requirements and develop ideal candidate profiles.

  • Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize a multi-channel approach—including job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn), social media, and direct headhunting—to build a robust talent pool.

Candidate Experience & Selection

  • Screening & Assessment: Draft engaging job advertisements and conduct rigorous CV screening and interviews to ensure technical and cultural alignment.

  • Selection Coordination: Manage the final interview stages and selection processes, acting as the primary liaison between candidates and department heads.

  • Engagement & Onboarding: Maintain high levels of candidate engagement throughout the hiring journey and coordinate with HR operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Strategy & Analytics

  • Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a “ready-to-hire” talent pipeline for recurring technical roles and future strategic expansions.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key recruitment KPIs (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality-of-Hire) and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously recommend and implement enhancements to recruitment workflows to increase efficiency in a high-volume environment.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated recruitment experience within the UAE market.

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience recruiting for the construction, heavy equipment, or engineering sectors is highly preferred.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Proven track record of successfully closing both high-volume blue-collar roles and specialized white-collar/executive positions.

    • Deep understanding of UAE Labor Law and local recruitment regulations.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Exceptional Communication: Native or professional-level proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).

    • Multitasking Excellence: Ability to manage 20+ active vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Analytical Mindset: Strong organizational skills with a focus on data-driven recruitment reporting.
