Role Overview

The University Scholarships Programme for High School Fresh Graduates is a premier initiative by the Qatar Airways Group to support the academic ambitions of young Qatari talent. This fully-funded scholarship provides a bridge from high school to a world-class university education, followed by a guaranteed career path within the aviation industry. Eligibility & Admission Requirements

To be considered for this competitive programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Nationality: Must be a Qatari National or a child of a Qatari Mother.

• Age: Between 17 and 24 years old at the time of application.

• Academic Excellence: * Qatari Nationals: Minimum overall high school score of 85%.

  • Children of Qatari Mothers: Minimum overall high school score of 90%.

  • Graduation must have occurred within the last three (3) years.

• English Proficiency: * Qatari Nationals: Overall IELTS score of 5.5 (minimum 5.0 in each component).

  • Children of Qatari Mothers: Overall IELTS score of 6.0 (minimum 5.0 in each component).

• University Acceptance: Must hold a final, unconditional offer from a university accredited by the Qatar Ministry of Education and Higher Education in an approved field of study.

• National Service: Male Qatari applicants must provide a statement of completion, exemption, or deferral from the Qatar National Service Academy.

• General: Must be medically fit, of good conduct, and not currently sponsored or employed by any other entity.

Required Documents for Application

Please ensure you have high-quality, colored copies of the following:

1. Personal IDs: Valid Passport and Qatar ID for both the student and a Qatari National Guarantor.

2. Academic Records: High School Certificate (or Equivalency Certificate from the Ministry of Education).

3. English Test: Valid IELTS certificate (not older than 24 months).

4. University Letter: Unconditional letter of acceptance showing the major, study plan, and start/end dates.

5. Pre-approval Letter: From the Ministry of Education (if the university is located outside of Qatar).

6. National Service Proof: (For male applicants only).
