Role Overview
As a Maintenance Operations Control Center (MOCC) Engineer for Qatar Executive, you will be at the heart of our elite private jet operations in Doha. Your mission is to provide continuous, 24/7 technical monitoring of the Qatar Executive fleet to ensure maximum dispatch reliability and 100% on-time departures. By managing technical defects in real-time and coordinating rapid-response maintenance, you will directly influence the premium customer experience and the operational excellence of a world-leading private aviation brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Monitoring & Reliability

Real-Time Fleet Oversight: Continually monitor aircraft technical status and defects across the fleet to minimize delays and prevent groundings (AOG).

Reliability Engineering: Track repetitive defects and propose data-driven remedial actions to improve fleet health and reduce long-term maintenance costs.

Shift Excellence: Support 24/7/365 operations, ensuring meticulous shift logs and comprehensive handovers for seamless information continuity.
2. Maintenance Coordination & Compliance

Global Support: Coordinate with both contracted and non-contracted Maintenance Repair Organizations (MRO) worldwide to support aircraft away from the main base.

Logistics Synergy: Partner with the Supply Chain Manager to expedite the delivery of parts and materials required for urgent rectifications in remote locations.

Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all work performed by third-party MROs and internal teams strictly complies with the Continued Maintenance Organization Exposition (QE CAME).
3. Stakeholder Communication

Strategic Reporting: Keep the Senior Manager CAMO and IOC updated on critical defects that may impact flight schedules, ensuring all recovery actions are mutually agreed upon.

Process Optimization: Work with the CAMO team to adjust task frequencies, improving maintenance efficiency while the aircraft is away from the Doha base.

Information Dissemination: Ensure Fleet Management and IOC are fully aligned on technical discrepancies that could influence upcoming flight operations.
Qualifications & Experience

Experience: * Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience in aircraft maintenance.

At least 5 years of certifying experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically within an MOCC environment.

Technical Certifications: * Must hold a valid type rating, preferably on Gulfstream G650ER / G700 or Global 5000 (BD-700) aircraft.

Education: Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.

Software & Communication: * Conversant with MS Office suite.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.
