Product Manager | Medical & Laboratory Solutions

Role Overview Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the strategic development and market expansion of their medical and pharmaceutical portfolio. This role encompasses the lifecycle management of medical devices, laboratory equipment, surgical consumables, and pharmaceuticals. You will be responsible for crafting high-impact strategic plans, identifying emerging market opportunities, and strengthening global principal partnerships. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and commercial execution to achieve ambitious business objectives within the healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Product Growth

• Portfolio Development: Design and implement comprehensive strategic plans for the medical, laboratory, surgical, and pharmaceutical product lines.

• Commercial Execution: Lead the delivery of corporate sales strategies and programs to drive sustainable business growth and market penetration.

• Target Optimization: Formulate specific category targets by analyzing market growth, competitive potential, and the impact of new product innovations.

Market Intelligence & Business Expansion

• Insight Generation: Conduct rigorous market research to identify evolving customer needs, clinical requirements, and emerging healthcare trends.

• Opportunity Identification: Proactively scout for new business avenues and lead initiatives to support regional and sectoral expansion.

• Database Management: Effectively maintain and leverage the customer database to identify trends and optimize sales outreach.

Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Principal Liaison: Build and maintain professional communication channels with international principals and manufacturing partners to align on partnership strategies.

• Collaborative Growth: Act as a key point of contact for external partners, ensuring operational activities reflect the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Medical Laboratory Science (MLS), or an equivalent technical qualification from a recognized institution.

• Experience: * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience for Degree holders.

  • Alternatively, 5 years of proven experience within the Healthcare or Manufacturing industry.

• Technical Proficiency: * High level of IT literacy and advanced data analysis skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while consistently hitting performance targets.

• Core Competencies:

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for high-level stakeholder engagement.

  • Mobility: A valid driving license is mandatory for this position.

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to translate complex market data into actionable commercial plans.
