About You: Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic Visionary: A commercially focused mindset with the ability to translate business goals into a high-performance technology roadmap.

  • Executive Presence: Confident in managing relationships at the board level and communicating complex technical strategies to non-technical senior stakeholders.

  • Hands-on Leader: A results-oriented professional who is comfortable balancing high-level strategy with the practicalities of a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.

  • Global Operator: Adept at navigating the cultural and regulatory nuances of managing IT across multi-country operations.
