Associate Relationship Officer – JLG

We are scouting for a field-oriented professional to drive financial inclusion through the Joint Liability Group model. You will be responsible for identifying and forming groups of aspiring entrepreneurs, ensuring they understand the collective responsibility of micro-lending. This role requires a high level of community engagement and the ability to build trust in underserved markets.

Your daily mission involves managing the entire loan lifecycle, from initial sourcing and group training to timely collection and documentation. By maintaining close contact with your portfolio, you will ensure excellent repayment discipline and minimize delinquency risks. We value candidates who possess the stamina for extensive travel and a genuine passion for grassroots economic empowerment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in microfinance or rural banking operations.

• Willingness to conduct extensive field visits and outdoor client meetings.

• Strong interpersonal skills to manage group dynamics and conflict resolution.
