Relationship Manager – High Net Worth Banking (DFCC Bank)

We are seeking a high-caliber Relationship Manager to drive the growth and retention of our elite client portfolio. In this strategic role, you will act as a trusted advisor to High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, blending sophisticated financial expertise with exceptional service standards. You will be responsible for navigating complex financial needs, maximizing revenue through strategic cross-selling, and ensuring that DFCC Bank remains the preferred financial partner for our most prestigious clients.


Key Responsibilities

As a leader within the branch’s HNW segment, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of premium client relationships.

  • Portfolio Growth: Proactively manage and expand the branch’s High Net Worth client base, identifying new opportunities to increase profitability and market share.

  • Revenue Optimization: Maximize total account value by identifying client needs and strategically cross-selling the Bank’s diverse suite of wealth management and credit products.

  • Relationship Stewardship: Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective customers, ensuring seamless interactions and a world-class service experience.

  • Client Insight: Conduct deep-dive assessments of client financial goals to provide tailored solutions that ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain the highest standards of professional integrity and service excellence, representing DFCC Bank’s commitment to premium banking.


Your Profile

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional who possesses the technical depth and interpersonal sophistication required to manage elite portfolios.

  • Experience: At least 7 years of executive experience within the banking or finance sector, with a proven track record of handling High Net Worth clients.

  • Education: A University Degree or a Full Professional Qualification recognized by the Bank (e.g., CASL, CIMA, ACCA, or Banking Diploma).

  • Communication: Exceptional command of the English language; must be a strong and persuasive communicator.

  • Personality: A confident, outgoing, and pleasing personality with the ability to build immediate rapport with sophisticated stakeholders.

  • Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a result-oriented mindset.
