We are looking for a professional individual to manage our front desk and provide essential administrative support.
Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients with a welcoming demeanor.

Coordinate incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.

Manage physical mail, deliveries, and office correspondence.

Organize meeting room schedules and maintain the reception area.

Assist with basic clerical tasks and data entry.
Qualifications

Proven experience in a front-facing or customer service role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
