Effective collaboration is vital as you interface with assessment squads and regulatory bodies to minimize training friction and maximize the clarity of student evaluations. You will oversee the end-to-end licensing trail, ensuring all student logbooks and vehicle training records remain audit-ready and resilient against shifting industrial paradigms. Requirements:

Valid UAE Driving License (Light Motor Vehicle) held for a minimum of 3 years with a clean traffic record.

Mandatory RTA Driving Instructor Certification or the ability to complete the certified instructor training program.

Exceptional communication skills in English (additional languages like Hindi, Urdu, or Malayalam are highly advantageous) and the patience to manage high-volume student rotations with total accuracy.
