Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Lead Conversion

Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets for assigned residential, commercial, or land development projects.

Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up on marketing-generated leads, ensuring rapid response times to convert inquiries into confirmed site visits and closed deals.

Property Showcasing: Arrange and conduct professional on-site property tours, highlighting key features, investment potential, and structural value to prospective buyers.
Client Advisory & Relationship Management

Investment Consulting: Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients select property opportunities that align with their long-term financial goals and lifestyle requirements.

Relationship Continuity: Build and maintain a robust network of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients to drive repeat business and organic referrals.

Professional Negotiation: Manage complex price negotiations and closing discussions with a sophisticated, professional, and ethical approach.
Operational Coordination & CRM

Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions, client preferences, and sales activities within the company CRM system.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Coordinate closely with Finance, Legal, and Marketing departments to ensure seamless transaction completion, contract accuracy, and timely payment processing.

Reporting: Utilize reporting tools to provide management with regular updates on sales forecasts, market feedback, and lead quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of proven sales experience, specifically within real estate, land sales, or property development.

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is considered a distinct advantage.

Technical Proficiency: * Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead management tools, and digital reporting systems.

Strong command of both spoken and written English.
