Sales Coordinator – Value Chain Operations

Toyota Lanka (Private) Limited , a subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation (Japan) , is seeking a highly organized and commercially astute Sales Coordinator to join our Value Chain division. In this multifaceted role, you will be the operational backbone for our diversified service portfolio, including Blue-T (Certified Pre-Owned), Vehicle Valuation, Rent-a-Car, Autostream, and Mobility services . You will ensure seamless financial control, customer coordination, and administrative excellence, directly contributing to the efficiency of our end-to-end value chain.


The Role: Financial Governance & Operational Synergy

As a Sales Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between sales activities and financial compliance while ensuring a world-class experience for our mobility customers.

  • Financial Coordination & Control: * Manage the end-to-end financial workflow, including generating quotations, processing invoices, and performing detailed costing.

    • Track P&L (Profit & Loss) metrics for specific service lines to ensure departmental profitability.

    • Oversee receivables and supplier payments, coordinating closely with the Finance department for advances and settlements.

    • Handle physical and digital payments via POS systems and manage approved expenditures.

  • Customer & Operations Handling:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for Value Chain customers, managing service hotlines and resolving inquiries with professional maturity.

    • Liaise between customers, technical inspectors, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Administration & Data Management:

    • Execute vehicle registrations and documentation within the DMS (Dealer Management System) .

    • Develop and manage complex itineraries, driver schedules, and logistics for guest arrivals and mobility assignments.

  • Autostream & Digital Support:

    • Provide operational support for Autostream , including ad screening and digital coordination to maintain platform integrity.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a disciplined professional who combines administrative precision with a strong understanding of financial processes.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a coordination, sales administration, or financial support role. Experience in the automotive or service sector is an advantage.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is critical) for costing and tracking.

    • Comfort working with DMS or ERP systems .

    • Experience handling POS (Point of Sale) transactions.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Strong numerical accuracy and financial literacy.

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service lines simultaneously.

    • Professional communication skills in English and local languages.

  • Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
