Your mission involves managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from account onboarding to the cross-selling of premier asset and liability products. By providing insightful guidance on Riba-free banking, you will solidify our brand’s presence as the primary choice for ethical financial services. Success demands a sharp analytical lens to identify untapped market opportunities while maintaining absolute adherence to rigorous Shariah and regulatory mandates.
Effective collaboration is vital as you interface with branch operations to ensure frictionless service delivery and minimal turnaround times. You will oversee portfolio health, ensuring flawless documentation and audit-ready hygiene across all personal banking segments. Requirements:

Proven track record in retail banking sales, liability acquisition, or wealth management.
