Your mission involves managing the branch’s service delivery metrics and verifying documentation to safeguard against operational risks. By acting as the primary link between the front desk and central processing units, you will resolve complex service queries and minimize turnaround times. We seek a dependable individual who can manage high-volume transaction spikes while upholding the highest standards of Shariah-compliant banking hygiene.
Success demands the ability to coach branch staff on evolving protocols and digital service tools to meet service level benchmarks. Requirements:

Significant experience in retail branch operations or services management.
