Regional Sales Manager – Two-Wheeler Division

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion in the competitive two-wheeler market. As a new entrant committed to high-quality engineering and exceptional customer journeys, we need a leader who can build a robust sales ecosystem from the ground up. You will be responsible for defining the regional sales blueprint, accelerating dealer network penetration, and cultivating a high-performance culture that positions our brand as a top-tier choice for commuters and enthusiasts alike.


The Role: Strategic Growth & Network Development

In this leadership capacity, you will own the regional P&L and drive the operational execution of our market entry strategy.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Formulate and deploy aggressive regional sales strategies designed to capture market share and consistently exceed volume objectives.

  • Dealer Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and develop high-potential dealers across the region. You will provide strategic support to ensure partner profitability and performance alignment.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives, fostering a competitive yet collaborative culture focused on target achievement and professional growth.

  • Brand & Marketing Integration: Ensure the seamless execution of national marketing campaigns and localized promotional activities to drive showroom footfall.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build enduring relationships with key dealers, financial institution partners (for consumer financing), and regional stakeholders.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze regional sales trends, competitor movements, and inventory aging to prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management.

  • Customer Experience Excellence: Oversee after-sales service support frameworks within the dealer network to guarantee industry-leading customer satisfaction levels.


Candidate Profile

We are looking for a “street-smart” sales leader with deep roots in the automotive sector and a passion for building new networks.

  • Education: Professionally qualified in Sales, Marketing , or a related business field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong preference for candidates from the Two-Wheeler or Automotive industries.

  • Proven Track Record: A documented history of exceeding sales targets and successfully scaling regional operations.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Negotiation & Influence: Ability to close high-value dealer agreements and influence partner behavior.

    • Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in sales forecasting and territory mapping.

    • Resilience: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “startup” environment within a legacy industry.

  • Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region to manage dealer touchpoints.

  • Soft Skills: Creative problem-solving ability and excellent verbal/written communication.
