Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – Colombo Branch
Toyota Lanka (Private) Limited , the sole authorized distributor for Toyota and HINO in Sri Lanka and a proud member of the global Toyota Group Japan , is seeking high-performing Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives to join our flagship Colombo team. As a representative of Sri Lanka’s “Most Loved Automobile Brand,” you will drive the growth of our vehicle portfolio in the nation’s primary commercial hub, delivering the “Total Quality Experience” that Toyota customers expect. This role is designed for elite, target-driven professionals who excel in high-stakes consultative selling and corporate account management.
The Role: Market Leadership & Relationship Management
As a Sales professional at our Colombo branch, you will manage the full sales lifecycle within a high-volume, fast-paced urban environment.

Revenue Generation: Drive vehicle sales and business development activities to consistently meet or exceed aggressive monthly and annual targets.

Consultative Selling: Analyze complex customer needs and provide expert recommendations on the Toyota and HINO product range, highlighting technical features, customized financing, and long-term after-sales value.

High-Value Outreach: Identify and cultivate relationships with major corporate entities, government departments, and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) buyers within the Colombo district.

Strategic Penetration: Lead and participate in field sales, high-profile outdoor promotions, and corporate roadshows to maximize brand visibility and capture premium leads.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure world-class post-sale follow-ups to drive customer loyalty, retention, and high-value referrals.

Reporting & Analysis: Utilize internal systems to maintain accurate sales records, track real-time inventory, and provide regular market intelligence to branch management.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Coordinate with finance, insurance, and workshop teams to ensure a flawless, “white-glove” vehicle delivery process for every client.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized professional with the commercial sophistication to navigate Colombo’s competitive automotive landscape.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.

Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in vehicle sales, corporate sales, or business development.

Note: Prior experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
