Senior UI & Creative Designer

We are looking for a talented Senior UI & Creative Designer to join our team and produce visually compelling content across both print and digital channels. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys a mix of high-level conceptualization and hands-on execution for websites, landing pages, email templates, and diverse marketing graphics.

You will play a key role in building responsive layouts within the HubSpot ecosystem, focusing on user experience and brand consistency. While specialized HubSpot training will be provided, a solid foundation in modern web design principles is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Digital Production

HubSpot Web & Email Design: Build and optimize responsive websites using the CLEAN theme and create engaging emails using HubSpot’s drag-and-drop builder.
Asset Creation: Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual assets based on creative briefs for B2B and marketing campaigns.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs are pixel-perfect, consistent with brand guidelines, and meet quality standards prior to final delivery.
Trend Integration: Stay current with the latest design software, industry trends, and AI design tools to maintain a competitive creative edge.

Project Management & Collaboration

Client Engagement: Occasionally communicate directly with clients via email or video calls to gather requirements, present design concepts, and manage feedback loops.
Workflow Management: Independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment.
Team Synergy: Collaborate with internal team members and participate in meetings to align design output with broader strategic goals.

Skills & Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic and/or web design, with a portfolio showcasing strong B2B projects, branding, and visual identity skills.
Technical Toolkit: * Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with AI design tools like Midjourney.
Web Proficiency: * Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and user-centered design principles.
- Previous experience with the CLEAN theme or HubSpot’s builder (or similar CMS platforms) is highly regarded.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to solve complex design problems independently.
Education: Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
