HR Associate – Talent Acquisition

Role Purpose We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Associate – Talent Acquisition to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our recruitment efforts, supporting the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for high-growth technology roles. From initial sourcing and screening to offer management and university partnerships, you will play a vital role in building our talent pipelines and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment Support

  • Sourcing & Screening: Support the end-to-end recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening CVs, and conducting initial candidate assessments to identify top-tier talent.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects for assigned roles.

  • Interview Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing complex calendars across various time zones.

  • Onboarding & Compliance: Conduct thorough reference checks and maintain all necessary recruitment documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Recruitment Dashboards: Utilize Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms) to maintain accurate recruitment trackers and real-time dashboards for HR leadership.

  • Database Integrity: Ensure the candidate database is continuously updated, organized, and optimized for future talent sourcing.

  • Process Progress: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.

Talent Sourcing & Engagement

  • Candidate Experience: Champion a positive candidate journey through timely communication, professional feedback, and consistent updates.

  • University Partnerships: Support campus hiring initiatives, career fairs, and university engagement strategies to attract early-career talent.

  • Strategy Contribution: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment processes and explore innovative talent sourcing channels.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations is preferred.

  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar) is essential for daily operations and reporting.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and senior leadership.

  • Attributes:
