Senior Consultant / Consultant – Technical HCM (Human Capital)
As a Technical HCM Practitioner within our Human Resource Transformation practice, you will be at the forefront of the new wave of HR. You won’t just be implementing software; you will be leveraging research, analytics, and industry insights to re-energize the employee experience for global organizations. This role is designed for a technical expert who can bridge the gap between complex HR strategies and Tier 1 cloud technologies—such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors—ensuring seamless integration across the enterprise landscape.
The Role: HR Digitization & Technical Implementation
In this capacity, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical lifecycle of global HCM deployments, from initial design discussions to post-go-live support.

Systems Transformation: Implement and configure Tier 1 HCM products in a global setup, transforming legacy HR operations into innovative, cloud-based service delivery models.

Process Engineering: Collaborate with project teams to map out and analyze end-to-end HR processes, proposing technical improvements that align with client requirements and leading HR strategy.

Technical Execution: Write comprehensive design and technical specifications, perform rigorous code reviews, and execute the coding required for custom configurations or localizations.

Integration Strategy: Design and manage how HR systems interface with other critical enterprise applications, such as ERPs (Finance/Payroll), ensuring data integrity across the tech stack.

Stakeholder Management: Conduct technical design discussions with global clients and project teams, translating functional HR needs into robust technical architecture.

Operational Support: Provide high-quality production and warranty support following go-live dates, responding to complex technical queries or system optimizations.
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive, “tech-first” consultant with a consistent record of academic excellence and hands-on experience in large-scale HR digitisation.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar technical HCM role.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a strong and consistent academic performance record.

Technical Proficiency: * Proven knowledge in implementing or supporting at least one major HCM project.

Ability to code and develop technical specifications independently.

Strong understanding of Integration Strategies and enterprise application interfaces (API/Middleware).

Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to lead discussions in a global, multi-stakeholder environment.

Soft Skills: * A proactive “quick learner” who can take initiative and work independently.

A strong team player capable of working in shifts and traveling as required by the project.
