Manager – Finance Transformation (T&T – ET&P)
As a Manager within our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) practice, you will serve as a strategic architect for the modern CFO’s office. You will lead high-stakes engagements designed to navigate the complexities of the finance function, shifting it from a back-office utility to a value-creating engine. This role requires a blend of visionary strategy and operational rigor, as you will be responsible for designing and implementing distinctive, sustainable solutions that drive profitability, growth, and digital maturity for global organizations.
The Role: Strategic Advisory & Transformation Leadership
In this leadership capacity, you will manage the intersection of finance strategy, process optimization, and disruptive technology.

Transformation Stewardship: Lead large-scale, cross-functional finance transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring solutions are delivered within scope, budget, and ambitious timelines.

C-Suite Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior finance leaders, addressing strategic objectives related to finance operating models, cost optimization, and enterprise-wide decision-making.

Solution Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of future-state finance processes, leveraging industry insights to solve complex organizational challenges.

Business Development: Spearhead the development of RFPs and high-impact proposals, collaborating across service lines to secure new mandates and expand the firm’s footprint.

Practice Management: Manage engagement financials with precision, including Work in Progress (WIP), debtor tracking, and billing, in strict adherence to firm standards.

Talent Mentorship: Lead, coach, and mentor consulting teams, fostering a high-performance culture of collaboration and continuous professional growth.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain resilient client relationships, ensuring Deloitte remains the partner of choice for long-term transformation journeys.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned consultant with a “Big Picture” mindset and a proven track record of managing end-to-end client engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or a full professional qualification (CA, ACCA, or CIMA).

Preferred: An MBA from a reputed business school.

Experience: 8–11 years of relevant experience in management consulting or high-level industry finance roles (ideally post-qualification).

Technical Mastery: * Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint for executive storytelling and Visio for process architecture).

Exposure to Digital Finance Technologies (e.g., ERP Cloud, RPA, or advanced EPM tools) is a distinct advantage.
