Assistant Manager – Talent Operations

We are seeking a high-caliber Assistant Manager – Talent Operations to lead and oversee the core HR lifecycle activities for a specific business function. In this role, you will be the engine room of the employee experience, ensuring that every operational touchpoint—from contract issuance to performance management—is executed with precision, transparency, and high-quality service. The Role: Talent Lifecycle & Operational Excellence

As an Assistant Manager, you will manage the intersection of administrative accuracy and strategic employee engagement.

  • Lifecycle Management: Lead all critical talent operational tasks, including the accurate issuance of employment contracts, renewals, and timely employment confirmations.

  • Performance Ecosystems: Support the end-to-end performance management process by coordinating evaluations and managing the documentation for promotions, increments, and formal feedback.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Generate and maintain comprehensive HR metrics and reports. You will analyze trends to provide actionable insights that assist leadership in strategic decision-making.

  • Employee Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding Talent processes, providing clear guidance and ensuring a supportive experience.

  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all talent services are delivered in alignment with internal policies and local employment laws.


Requirements

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CIPM).

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in HR operations or a similar talent management role.

  • Technical Proficiency: * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel for reporting and Word for documentation).

    • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and performance management software.

  • Key Competencies:

    • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate HR data into meaningful reports and trends.

    • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills.

    • Organizational Discipline: Strong attention to detail with the proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.

    • Legal Awareness: A sound understanding of employment law and HR best practices is a significant advantage.
