People Operations & Administration Officer

As a People Operations & Administration Officer, you will be a key driver in shaping a world-class employee experience. In this hands-on role, you will take ownership of essential HR processesβ€”from recruitment to the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be more than just an administrator; you will actively build and refine HR practices, spearhead engagement initiatives, and identify ways to streamline operations for a more efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Support and eventually lead HR initiatives that directly impact business goals.

  • Performance Excellence: Manage and continuously optimize performance management workflows, including tracking, coordination, and reporting.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize dashboards and analytics to provide actionable recommendations for talent management, engagement, and retention.

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to interview coordination.

  • Talent & Engagement: Contribute to key programs for onboarding, employee engagement, and long-term retention.

  • Comp & Benefits: Maintain accurate compensation records and manage employee benefits, proactively seeking ways to improve our offerings.

  • Policy & Process: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, identifying gaps to enhance the overall employee experience.

  • Payroll & Ops: Support (and eventually own) payroll processes to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and presentation is a significant advantage.

  • Drive: A curious, self-motivated individual with a hunger for learning and growth.

  • Teamwork: A collaborative player who can take initiative and lead projects when needed.
