Senior Manager / Manager – Real Estate Sales & Investment

We are seeking a high-performance Real Estate Sales & Investment Leader to drive the commercial success of land parcels and high-value investment products within the Colombo Port City. This role is designed for a strategic closer with a deep background in real estate dynamics and international business development. You will be responsible for translating project vision into tangible sales revenue, managing elite investor databases, and executing global roadshows to attract high-net-worth developers and institutional buyers.


The Role: Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation

As a Senior Manager/Manager, you will hold end-to-end accountability for hitting multi-million dollar revenue targets and expanding our global footprint.

  • Revenue & Performance: Coordinate and manage sales revenue targets, achieving identified KPIs/OKRs on a quarterly and annual basis.

  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute the annual sales plan, budget, and high-impact sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and management teams.

  • Land & Sector Sales: Manage all sales activities to promote land parcels, industry thrust sectors, and secondary investment products to potential global developers.

  • Global Outreach: Lead the planning and implementation of local and international roadshows, including short-duration foreign visits to engage with investor networks.

  • Relationship & Database Management: Build and maintain a strategic network of buyers and investors, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our comprehensive investor database.

  • Sales Gallery Operations: Oversee the operations of the Sales Gallery, conducting professional investment pitches and facilitating high-profile visits for potential buyers.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-market research and competitive analysis to provide strategic insights that influence the long-term vision of the project.


Your Profile

We are looking for a result-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical discipline required for large-scale real estate transactions.

  • Education: A Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or Business. A Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business Development is highly desirable.

  • Experience: * A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar real estate sales role.

    • A total of 10 years of combined professional experience, ideally within a top-tier real estate or investment firm.

  • Technical Skills: * Proven track record in managing large-scale sales budgets and hit-rate KPIs.

    • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven market analysis.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and high-level presentation skills for investment pitching.

    • Strong detail orientation with the ability to meet challenging deadlines.

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster long-term strategic partnerships.
