The Role: Talent Transformation & Engagement Strategy

As an Assistant Manager, you will manage the intersection of strategic human capital development and operational excellence.

  • Strategic Alignment: Support the design and execution of L&D and Employee Engagement strategies that align with both local business goals and global network standards.

  • Program Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end delivery of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, vendor partnerships, and the curation of high-impact learning materials.

  • Digital Ecosystem Management: Drive the adoption of blended learning through internal platforms, ensuring all mandatory pathways and activities are accurately tracked in the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Needs Assessment: Partner with business leaders and global L&D teams to identify skill gaps and deliver bespoke learning solutions.

  • Pipeline Development: Support the execution of flagship initiatives, including Leadership development, High-Potential tracks, Internships, and Management Trainee programs.

  • Engagement & Onboarding: Design and facilitate firm-wide engagement events and seamless onboarding experiences to enhance the employee journey.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze training feedback and generate “Learning Effectiveness” reports to measure the ROI of development initiatives.

  • Financial Stewardship: Assist with L&D budgeting, manage vendor invoicing, and maintain strict cost controls.

We are looking for an innovative professional with a passion for education and a sharp eye for organizational detail.

  • Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a closely related HR field.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Education.

    • Added Advantage: A Master’s degree or professional L&D certification (e.g., CPTD, CIPD).

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital collaboration tools.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority training calendars in a fast-paced environment.
