Assistant Manager – Learning & Employee Engagement
We are seeking a dynamic and impact-driven Assistant Manager – Learning & Employee Engagement to champion the firm’s growth through talent development. In this role, you will be the architect of a continuous learning culture, bridging the gap between global L&D strategies and local business priorities. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of professional development—from high-potential leadership programs to digital learning ecosystems—while driving engagement initiatives that foster collaboration and employee well-being across the organization.
The Role: Talent Transformation & Engagement Strategy
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage the intersection of strategic human capital development and operational excellence.

Strategic Alignment: Support the design and execution of L&D and Employee Engagement strategies that align with both local business goals and global network standards.

Program Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end delivery of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, vendor partnerships, and the curation of high-impact learning materials.

Digital Ecosystem Management: Drive the adoption of blended learning through internal platforms, ensuring all mandatory pathways and activities are accurately tracked in the Learning Management System (LMS).

Needs Assessment: Partner with business leaders and global L&D teams to identify skill gaps and deliver bespoke learning solutions.

Pipeline Development: Support the execution of flagship initiatives, including Leadership development, High-Potential tracks, Internships, and Management Trainee programs.

Engagement & Onboarding: Design and facilitate firm-wide engagement events and seamless onboarding experiences to enhance the employee journey.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze training feedback and generate “Learning Effectiveness” reports to measure the ROI of development initiatives.

Financial Stewardship: Assist with L&D budgeting, manage vendor invoicing, and maintain strict cost controls.
Requirements
We are looking for an innovative professional with a passion for education and a sharp eye for organizational detail.

Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a closely related HR field.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Education.

Added Advantage: A Master’s degree or professional L&D certification (e.g., CPTD, CIPD).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital collaboration tools.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority training calendars in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging with global teams and local leadership.
